When do you start working on my project?

A designer is assigned to your project right after you register and pay the design fees.

Do you manage the delivery from all the brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we manage to receive all your purchased items in our warehouse then arrange the delivery date accordingly.

Do you install the furniture, artworks and lighting?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we definitely do that for the design projects clients, it can be available with an extra charge for the Shop clients.

Am i obliged to buy all the furniture you propose?

No, you are not.

How can I see the fabrics?

The designer can prepare a sample bag and you can come to our office and pick it up then return it within the next 1-3 days.

If I already have some items in my place, can you help selecting the rest of the furniture?

Do you provide mattresses, pillows and beddings?

Yes, we do.

Can you help purchasing from any brand in the market?

Efreshli has a network of over 100 brands, we do not work with brands outside our network.

Question 9

How can i proceed with the furniture order and what about the payment?

You add the items you like from your project link to the cart then you pay the deposit, the order is placed after we receive the payment of 70% of the total amount of your order then the other 30% should be paid one week before the delivery.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay online or you can do a bank transfer to our account. You can also pay by cheque.

How much time does the furniture production take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on each brand; it is usually from 4 to 11 weeks.

Question 12

Can you help me with the electricity?

Accepted Answer

We usually work according to the existing electrical outlets onsite or on the provided electrical drawings, we can help by providing the furniture layout with dimensions but we don’t provide any construction documents such as electrical plans or  ceiling plans.

Do you provide kitchens or bathrooms cabinet?

We don’t provide that type of customization.
